Event Profile

This program is aimed at meeting the current and future professional development needs of existing employees in junior management positions. The Junior Management Program is designed as a three-year online distance  learning course. Previous qualifications attained may provide credit for exemption on some parts of the program, allowing you to complete in a shorter time period. The educational element of the program will be delivered online, through the IQ’s learning platform with assessments taking place in accordance within a specified timetable. The program is supplemented by tutorial sessions specifically aimed at exploring U.S. issues, with the added benefit of generating networking opportunities between candidates at NSSGA’s Annual Convention and AGG1 Academy & Expo. A reasonable standard of spoken and written math and English is required and a commitment of approximately 12 hours per week of study will need to be undertaken to maximize the course’s benefit. Successful completion of the program leads to certification and international recognition by the Institute of Quarrying.
